I simply adore every part of home searching for new and returning clients. I love working with Sellers, 1st time home Buyers, and savvy Investors in both residential and commercial properties. I've bought, sold, renovated, and negotiated many properties, and I'm familiar with what makes a home tick as well as spotting big maintenance issues. I've been active in the Hudson Valley for over twenty years.

 

I'm an avid hiker, rock climber, skydiver, and enjoy yoga. Hudson Valley is the perfect place for raising kids. I've raised my own here. I’ve been successful with 1031 exchanges, and I’m an excellent negotiator. I won't shy away from any challenges and enjoy seeing clients delighted when their bid is accepted. The fall foliage is beautiful with vibrant oranges, yellows, and reds glistening off cliffs and mountains.

 

There’s an amazing community feel with loving nature all around us. I love the vineyards, restaurants, and family farms selling fresh vegetables, apples, and apple cider donuts.
