About Matthew Nathenson

I started investing in 2 and 3-family homes in 1998. My passion for real estate dates back to the mid 1990's. I have lived in NYC, Brooklyn, Southern Westchester, and the Catskills. In addition, my clinical Social Work experience is unique as I help my clients with important decisions that involve complex emotions. I have been very successful in supporting my clients to make their dreams of home ownership become a reality.

 

At the same time I was working as a Clinical Social Worker, I was also working as a real estate agent. I have experience as an investor and salesperson in Brooklyn, where I did rehab construction. I was able to transform floor plans, opening up multiple rooms to accommodate new kitchens and bathrooms.

 

Some neighborhoods that I worked in included Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and Brownsville. In 2003, I worked in Westchester County and Ulster County. Some neighborhoods included Hastings on Hudson and Dobbs Ferry, where I was a salesperson at Coldwell Banker.

 

At this point, I bought and sold homes in Woodstock, NY. I love working with clients to help them find properties that they love. In addition, I have extensive knowledge of investment properties.

 

In summary, I have combined all my skills as a clinician as well as my passion for real estate to make sure all the steps to selling and buying are as seamless as possible.
